Anita Briem and Anisa Butt

Anita Briem has been an actor from Iceland for nearly twenty years. Anita Briesm, an Icelandic actor is known for playing Jane Seymour (the young woman who would later become the wife to Henry VIII) in the television series The Tudors. Also for her role as Hannah in the 2008 film Journey to the Center of the Earth. Briem began her acting career when she was 9 years old in the National Theater in Iceland. Briem worked as an actress in Iceland when she was a child. At 16 Briem was transferred to London and was a part of an event for the theatre of the show Lenin in Love at The New End Theater. Briem 19 years old, she was accepted to at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. There she studied for three years. Briem earned her degree in Drama and won the John Barton Prize under the Scenic Fight category. She began her career as a child performer on the television show Ishaan which aired on Disney Channel India. Her first film appearance was Shuja Al's Baat Bann Gayi.
